We take orders 24 hrs a day and offer 1 hour delivery from 12 pm to 12 am, Monday to Sunday in Greater Toronto Area.
How much is your delivery fees?
Up to 20 km radius from Toronto downtown - $19.99 for 1 hour delivery
Up to 50 km radius from Toronto downtown - $29.99 for 1 hour delivery
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered same day from 12 pm to 12 am. Usually it takes around 1-2 hrs for your order to arrive within our delivery hours.
Can I come to your store for pickup?
No, we are not offering pick-up at this time. All orders delivered same day to your door.
Is your package discreet?
Items are discreet, packaged in plain brown paper bags, sealed, and the customer's name and address is written in the corner.
Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?
In most instances, your order is processed and shipped/delivered the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
